The style is similar to the prior two. Long coupon bond. 22.0cm by 37.0cm. The 40 coupons under are perpendicular. In the principal portion, Grover Cleveland in center of text, gold Treasury seal and gold seals on coupon. Blue back with one panel face for folding. Stamped SPECIMEN on the principal portion. Very toned and mottled a bit, some brittleness results in split or chips on the edges; better than the first two with stronger edges. Great embossing remains. Very rare and impressive.
