VG Details--Reverse Graffiti (NGC).，Mottled medium brown and sandy-tan patina, the latter toning more extensive on the reverse. A few peripheral features on the reverse are soft, as is much of the denomination ONE CENT, but otherwise we note bold outline definition to all devices. The stated qualifier concerns a concentration of faint pin scratches in the center of the reverse that are easily overlooked without magnification. A few other wispy handling marks are also noted for both sides, shallow rim bruises along the lower obverse border, minor planchet pits over and before Libertys portrait. The Wreath cent of 1793, a one year type, enjoys strong demand at all levels of preservation.，，
