Fine Details--Scratch (PCGS).，Fully outlined, readily appreciable devices and pleasing medium and sandy-brown patina are sure to tempt the budget minded collector seeking an example of the classic Wreath cent of 1793. The PCGS qualifier concerns a nearly bisecting scratch through the center of the obverse, that side of the coin also revealing several prominent edge cuts, the reverse with numerous edge bruises.
