1866-S Liberty Head Double Eagle. Motto. AU Details--Scratch (PCGS). This double eagle has virtually no wear, but a vertical scratch is seen in the left obverse field near Libertys nose. Bright golden luster with a few scattered red accents here and there. A desirable example of this scarcer issue, the premier year showing the motto IN GOD WE TRUST.
