1806 Draped Bust Half Dollar. O-121, T-29. Rarity-4. Pointed 6, Stem Through Claw. EF-40 (NGC).,An attractive, lightly circulated piece with good definition for the assigned grade. Olive-gold luster remains in the protected areas, complementing the overall slate-grey complexion. Magnification will reveal a few old pinscratches that are barely worth mentioning, though the surfaces are otherwise smooth and untroubled. Now in its sixth and final employment, the obverse die is heavily fatigued. The cracks that link the left stars are bold and chipped, accompanied by heavy clashing above and below Libertys portrait. <p>,From the Sutton Court Collection of Early Half Dollar Varieties.
