The frame is deep olive brass with minor flecking. The ink tones of the printed card are superb and quite fresh looking. Some flaking of the mica is noted at the lower right of the obverse, but there is still a layer protecting the print beneath. An attractive piece by the manufacturer, for the manufacturer. The Bowers plate and with a fine provenance back to David Proskey who began dealing in coins in New York within a decade of this pieces issuance.<p>The is an exceedingly important card of a flash-in-the-pan issuer of mica cards, of which relatively few exist. The workmanship is of very high quality.,Ex David Proskey; F.C.C. Boyd; John J. Ford, Jr., May 1983; Steve Tanenbaum, 2011; Q. David Bowers Collection.,
