Reverse: Campaign inscription in four lines, PEOPLES CANDIDATE / 19 TH WARD / TERENCE FARLEY / FOR ALDERMAN. A couple of small dents in the obverse shell, but most of the original gilding is intact and the card is overall bright and satiny with just a bit of golden brown patina. The Bowers plate and noted as the only one seen. An unusual political piece.<p>Farley was a speculative builder in the 19th Ward of New York City.
