PCGS Currency Superb Gem New 67 PPQ.The National Bank of Commerce was organized in February of 1906 and issued more than $5.8 million in National Currency notes into circulation before going into receivership in June of 1924. This is the single finest example of a Series of 1902 $20 Red Seal to be graded by PCGS Currency. It features large margins that superbly frame the sharply printed design. Bold cherry red overprint inks are found on the face along with machine printed bank officers signatures. PCGS Currency has graded just four $20 Red Seals in the Gem grade range with this note being the finest among them. PMG has graded just a single $20 Red Seal at the 67 EPQ level with none finer.
