Deep golden olive on the shell with fine hairlines that seem to be as issued. The card is a little darkened with a couple of tiny nicks, but very clear and quite attractive overall. One of just two or three believed known and the Bowers plate.<p>James P. Dupignac was listed as a liquor dealer at the same address in 1865. At that time John W. Cornwell conducted a saloon at 654 Broadway.
