PCGS Genuine--Edge Repaired, AU Details. 正面赵都督半身像；反面旗帜交叉（两旗分别为十八星旗及五色旗），上方有花，下书"褒功"。 极其罕见的 版别，本行资料库中仅见两枚之纪录（最近的一枚于本行十二月藏家之选拍卖中以48,000美元成交【拍品42446】）。边缘修补在入盒之后不甚可见，应是指移除装帧之后的打滑痕迹。定是收藏此鲜少面世精品的绝佳机会。 L&M-946; KMX-580. Obverse: Facing bust of Governor Choa; Reverse: Crossed flags (the "19-star flag" of the Republican army and the "five-colored flag" of the Republic); floral ornament above, two characters below; all within decorative border. A great example of this EXTREMELY RARE type, with only two prior occurrences in our archives ( the more recent being this very example, which realized a total of $48,000 in our December 2021 CCO [Lot # 42446] ). The aforementioned edge repair, while difficult to see in the holder, likely refers to the smoothing of a mount removal. A tremendous opportunity for a medallic issue that does not often come to market.
