A VERY RARE and desirable fantasy issue that features a bat as well as two floral scrolls terminating in dragon heads, this specimen also displays some very enticing and alluring iridescent toning to elevate its mystique that much more. Tied with just two others for the top spot in the NGC census ( a fact that is somewhat confusing, as NGC has this type dual-listed across two separate line items--three under K-B17, and one under KMX-M25, as is the case here ).
