1805 Draped Bust Dime. JR-2. Rarity-1. 4 Berries. VF-25 (PCGS). Attractive pewter-gray surfaces are enhanced by vivid reddish-russet, powder blue and champagne-pink iridescence, the colors most extensive around the obverse periphery. Plenty of bold striking detail remains, joining a pleasingly smooth appearance in hand to define this as a desirable mid grade type candidate from the challenging Draped Bust, Heraldic Eagle dime series of 1798 to 1807.
