Both are stamped #19 of 300 copies, one being the deluxe hardbound in full maroon leather, with slipcase, the other the standard hardbound. Both copies are lettered in gilt, with D. Brent Pogue’s name applied to the lower right front covers. Both are signed by the author on the title pages. The deluxe version with a red ribbon place holder bound in at the spine head.
