The type came printed on thick bond paper that did not wear well and thus most examples are impaired. This example faces up far better than the assigned numeric grade would suggest. The design elements are boldly printed in bold inks while the manuscript issuing signatures are neatly penned. The note is heavily repaired and the grading service has added the comment "Backed" as well. In any event the note has aesthetic appeal beyond the assigned grade level. From the Q.
