Ornate die counter 10s top left and right of center. Green security bar above signature panel. A very rare type from this collecting hot bed. Haxby had not seen this $10 type and had speculated that it would be tinted orange. The green tints on this example are bold along with the penned officers signatures. A few minor stains on the right end, otherwise quite attractive.
