Despite some typical striking weakness and noted tooling to remove a few areas of corrosion, this Soviet crown stands as a solid representative of the emission. Of this particular <strong>VERY RARE</strong> issue, Kann even notes that it "<em>...almost invariably is badly stamped, so that one rarely meets it in perfect condition; usually a part of the design remains invisible.</em>" Despite this fact, the hammer & sickle, outline of China, and globe with lines of longitude and latitude remain rather clear and distinct.
