浙江省造光绪元宝当十铜币。错版币。 (t) CHINA. Chekiang. Mint Error -- Mule with Two Dragon Side Dies -- 10 Cash, ND (1903-06). Hangchow Mint. Kuang-hsu (Guangxu). NGC AU-58. 浅棕橄榄色包浆，几乎不见经手痕迹。饶有趣味的错体，使用双重龙面模具（或两个字面模具）属极为明显的错误，能轻易避免，因此应是戏铸作品。极罕班别，趣味十足，必定能激发藏家热情。我们的四月香港拍卖中曾以10,800美元拍出一枚获评NGC AU-55的类似藏品（编号40019）。 CL-ZJ.45; cf. KM-Y-49.1-4. Sporting a light brown-olive hue and barely exhibiting any evidence of handling, this interesting error may well emanate from a bit of "mint sport," as the pairing of two dragon side dies ( or, two characters side dies for the matter ) would seemingly be a noticeable and highly avoidable accident. Regardless, this EXTREMELY RARE and highly interesting specimen should generate great enthusiasm, as did a similar example--an NGC AU-55 that realized a total of $10,800 earlier this year in our April Hong Kong Auction (Lot # 40019).
