1776 (ca. 1867) Washington / Libertas Americana Muling. By John Adams Bolen. Musante JAB M-4, Musante GW-798, Baker-56A. Copper. MS-64 BN (PCGS).25.4 mm. Light rose and violet toning on the obverse with just a trace of pale orange over Washingtons head. The reverse shows a little olive-brown, but is otherwise deeply toned with highly attractive blue, violet, green and rose mottling. A couple of tiny obverse spots, but very nice eye appeal and a fine provenance. Struck on flan of identical thickness to the silver above and brass below.
