An outstanding Superb Gem of this Wright and Bale issue, finer than the Boyd-Ford specimen in our August 2013 sale, which specimen is actually being offered here again in the following lot. Light gray-silver in the central obverse field, with bold blue-green iridescence around the devices. Similar tones on the reverse, mottled with russet and gold.
