1817 N-13 R1 PCGS graded MS63 Brown. Frosty medium brown and light olive with hints of bluish steel overtone. Peeps of very faded mint red show on the reverse. The only marks are a couple tiny ticks or planchet voids on the rim at star 12 and a speck of copper slag right of star 8. E-MDS, a die state found in the famous Randall Hoard of mint state cents dated from 1816 to 1820. Our grade is MS60. The attribution is noted on the PCGS label. PCGS #36586.
