Obverse: Bust of Emperor Kuang-Hsu facing, small dragon at left; Reverse: Bust of Tsu-Hi facing slightly right. A highly attractive and boldly struck medal with gorgeous frosty fields, which have been made intentionally rough as part of the artistic concept.
