Small stamped "ANTI" and "ING CO." flanking "BANK" in the title. These "Anti-Banking" issues were created after the organizers of the bank were unable to secure a state banking charter from the state of Ohio. This example displays even circulation and full frame lines. The printed inks are dark and vividly detailed.
