PCGS Currency Gem New 65 PPQ.A strong representation for this 1891 Treasury Note, a design that seems to be underrated as the open back reverse is easily overshadowed by the ornate 1890 series. This note, however, will certainly be appreciated as the primary design detail is well defined and the centering quite lovely.
