The green overprint is vividly colored and boldly presented. This is one of just four T-43 examples to receive an EPQ designation from PMG for all grades combined. They have graded just eight notes finer in total. While the type is not unseen in the Very Fine grade range, choice examples such as the present note are truly exceptional and highly coveted by collectors.
