1818 Matron Head Cent. N-7. Rarity-1. MS-63 BN (PCGS).,A handsome piece with glints of pinkish-orange luster remaining to otherwise warmly patinated, golden-brown surfaces. Scattered carbon spots include a prominent one at the obverse border at star 5, but there are no significant marks on either side. Boldly to sharply defined within fully denticulated borders, the reverse impression rotated nearly 45 counterclockwise from normal coin alignment.
