ARMSTRONG, / ICE / CREAM / & Refreshment / SALOON, / Meals & Boarding by the Week / 1530 RICHMOND ST. / BELOW WILLIAM, / PHILADELPHIA. A small oxidation spot behind Grants shoulder, but pleasing golden brown otherwise with traces of gilding. The paper card has very slight ink losses, as expected for the grade but no serious impairments.
