Extremely Fine to About Uncirculated.,34.2 mm. 114.3 gns. Original shank. Single piece. Lovely, rich yellow brass color displays some golden orange highlights. The back is darker, as expected. MEMORABLE ERA MARCH THE FOURTH 1789 around a displayed eagle, shield on breast, sun above head. This is an outstanding quality example for one of these, finer than any other we have seen offered for sale. This type is very scarce in any condition but must be accounted as extremely rare in this high state of preservation.
