These green overprinted 1862 Twos are notoriously rare in grades above Very Fine are almost unseen in fully Uncirculated condition. In fact this is one of just two notes graded Uncirculated 62 by PMG with none finer. PCGS has graded no notes in the Uncirculated grade range. The printed inks remain bold with deep green color seen in the protector overprint. The issuing signatures are neatly penned in dark inks. The cut is pretty good with three full frame lines.
