PMG Choice Uncirculated 64.Lovely specimen of this high denomination type printed for the Congo Democratic Republic, although the design itself was first prepared during the waning colonial days when the country was known as Belgian Congo (although it does not appear to have ever been issued). One of just two specimens graded by PMG at this grade level with just one finer. A large format type that includes a red specimen overprint on both sides and punch hole cancellations over the signatures.
