Surpassed in the PCGS census by just three other examples, this exceedingly stunning and breathtakingly Choice specimen yields a majestic array of glistening brilliance across both sides. The obverse displays the fairly recognizable left-facing bust of Yuan Shih-kai, while the reverse recounts the date and denomination above and within a wreath. Upon both sides, an alluring and intriguing border envelops the central devices. While appearing at first glance merely as a scroll-like pattern, further focus reveals a stylized right-facing dragon head, with a flame rising over its snout. An exceptional <strong>RARITY</strong>, especially in such an elite state of preservation, as is the case here.
