Slightly oblong flan with bold 8 of second date in legend as a result, choice full cross-lions-castles, the pillars-and-waves bold but doubled, with clear arrangement of dots in spaces that has only been seen before in the overdate 1719/8 (but not the next lot), somewhat gray-toned all over.
