Despite being rather easily obtainable in mid-level grades of circulation, this type is VERY RARE and difficult at levels of Mint State, as is the case here. Boasting a high amount of cartwheeling luster and a clear strike, it also possesses some deep, burnished iridescence near portions of the peripheries. Some minor striking weakness upon the dragon s scales likely accounts for the overall designation, as one could otherwise easily see this attaining a grade that is a point or two higher than it already is.
