Variety with four stripes of arabesques. With just one example graded finer in the NGC census, this impressive crown from the beginning of the republic offers a pale gray hue with some hints of golden and amber sprinkled rather invitingly throughout. Meanwhile, the strike is rather crisp and well executed for the type, with some handsome brilliance emanating from the fields.
