Obverse: Laureate head right; Reverse: Providentia standing left, holding scepter and wand; globe to left. Although the surfaces display a glossy brownish finish due to the noted lacquering, this Denarius offers sharp original details with some underlying luster in the fields. A well-produced example with strong eye appeal.
