An eclectic and incredibly RARE issue, this piece was produced for Occupied Inner Mongolia that had fallen under the swap of the Japanese during the Second World War. It is a bit unclear the nature of this piece, as it is possible this was not a pattern, but rather a circulation strike that never made it to its destination, the victim of allied torpedoes. Whatever the case, it is beyond elusive, with this being our first offering of this denomination. The devices are fully struck, with a semi-reflective nature to the fields. A piece that exudes beauty, and an opportunity to own a piece few others can say they have.
