This nicely preserved example boasts well-formed bold characters with intact naturally rough surface texture in the fields and relatively smooth high points. The pleasing rich brassy patina is complemented by minor earthen deposits amongst the devices adding to its originality. Attractive with good eye appeal this handsome survivor is sure to be a welcome addition to the next collection it enters.
