清代咸豐重寶寳鞏當五十。重 41.9 克。咸丰重宝寳巩当五十。直巩。雕工依然保存得当，斑驳华丽的黄铜色泽，图文间轻微积土，悦人眼目。字体规整，体现铸工的高超。仔细检阅可发现币面有四小孔，裡有污垢，可能陈年已久，标籤上未有注明。虽有瑕疵，整体品相不俗，也定会為集藏添光溢彩。(t) CHINA. Qing Dynasty. Gansu. Obverse: "Xian Feng Zhong Bao"; Reverse: "Dang Wu Shi". This nicely preserved engraved example displays attractive rich mottled brassy patina with minor earthen deposits amongst the devices that adds to its pleasing appearance. The characters are well-formed, bold are complemented by the handsome engraving. Close inspection of the surfaces reveals four small holes that are filled with dirt, not mentioned on the holder, probably done for suspension long ago. Despite its shortcomings, this handsome survivor offers a pleasing appearance and is sure to add depth to the next collection it enters.
