Stamps on the obverse feature a piece of spade money surrounded by numerous characters, as well as the weight in taels (1[.]000), while the reverse features a large stamp with characters and referencing the TAK CHEONe (<em>sic</em>) / FINE 990 / HONG KONG. This piece is interesting in that it appears that a large e was erroneously utilized in place of a G in the banks name. Quite alluring and brilliant. From the Mark and Lottie Salton Collection.
