Full lathe tint. The Bank of Gettysburg originally formed in 1814 near the end of the War of 1812. The institution struggled soon thereafter and over the years there were charter renewals. By 1864 it became the Gettysburg National Bank, charter #611. While there are some black and white proofs known, this tinted Proof is absolutely rare and really desirable.
