1912 Indian Quarter Eagle--Struck 5% Off Center--MS-61 (PCGS). Error gold coins are very rare because of the higher degree of quality control exercised over the production of gold pieces in the Mint. This piece shows an extra lip of flan around the left portion of each side from being struck off center toward the 3 oclock position. Bright, lustrous, and fully struck, save for the edge which shows NO reeding. We have not seen another like this in many years.

Collector envelope with notes included.
