The reverse depicts DAffonso Henriques (Alfonso I of Portugal) in armor at center with detailed lathe work seen in the surrounding design. The front displays an ornate design with columns surrounding two allegorical females at left and right. Lovely dark blue ink stand out on the front and back of the note. Scarce, and sure to attract attention as this pick number is certainly missing from the most advanced collections. Two pinholes are noticed along with slight corner wear of the top left corner.
