PORTUGAL. 20 Mil Reis, 1891. P-71. Very Fine. An extremely scarce offering of this early 1891 dated 20 Mil Reis note. Allegorical figures are seen at top left and right, and a detailed design below. An embossed seal stands out at center. Annotations found at bottom left and right corners on the face, and a penned annotation on the reverse. Tears and a few pinholes are also noticed on this incredibly rare Portuguese note. Internal tears, holes, margin tears/wear and staining is noticed.
