Obverse: Draped and cuirassed bust facing, wearing crown with pendilia and holding globus cruciger; Reverse: Angel standing facing, holding globus cruciger and long staff surmounted by staurogram; ς//CONOB. Struck on a rather oversized flan, this issue needed some adjusting as noted in order to bring the weight down into the normal tolerance of the type. Highly brilliant and flashy, with a solid overall strike as well.
