1819 N-4 R3 Close Stars PCGS graded AU50. Attractive glossy chocolate brown with a couple traces of frosty lighter brown and tan in protected areas. The only notable marks are a barely visible rim bruise at star 5 and a swipe of microscopic reddish roughness from the E in ONE to the N in CENT. MDS. The die line that connects the feet of the T & E in STATES is dull but visible. Our grade is EF40, at the lower end of the condition census for this scarce variety. PCGS #36637.
