Green "2" protectors on either side of central vignette. State seat at bottom right. Small die counter "2" at top left. Green and black die counter with "2" encircled by small 2s at top right. After four years in business the bank closed up in 1866. A rare issuer and a design that is listed as Proof only in Haxby. PMG notes Repaired but we cannot see any evidence of it. The color and paper remain strong for the grade with the printed design elements boldly seen. We sold this same note for $705 in our March 2017 sale.
