Four broad margins nicely frame the vividly printed plate impression on both the face and back. Deep blue overprints are featured on the face. This Teehee-Burke Cross-Miller signed variety has provided collectors with a short run of high grade examples that includes this note. PMG has graded just two at this grade level with none finer.
