1877-CC Liberty Seated Dime. Type II Reverse. MS-66 (PCGS). CAC.A wonderfully original Gem, the otherwise antique silver obverse exhibits mottled golden-russet and blue-gray patina around the periphery. The reverse is more evenly patinated in a blend of vivid antique gold, rose-apricot and powder blue iridescence. Fully frosted throughout with a sharp strike and silky smooth appearance. This is an uncommonly high quality survivor of an otherwise readily obtainable Carson City Mint dime issue, ideal for advanced mintmarked type purposes.
