Wide margins, good color, and fresh paper add to the allure of this piece. The nicest example we have sold was a Very Fine that brought $1,610 in our 2011 Spring Baltimore sale. Auction results from recent years show that lower-end AU notes fall just short of the $3,000 mark. The only CU regular issue note we see was a PCGS Very Choice New 64PPQ that realized $7,475. A superb example that should easily approach or exceed our high estimate.
