Today just eight notes are reported in the census for this rare Hillsborough County bank. Average circulation is observed on this Series of 1875 $5 that features neatly penned signatures of cashier Josiah Carpenter and president Arestas Blood. The note exhibits the typical New England trim that PMG so nicely mentioned on the back of the holder.
