Central metal medallion with portrait of army commander Wu Pei-Fu within encircling inscription; Reverse: Multicolor flags within blue border. Two small surface chips to the bordering blue enamel. Original multi-color watered silk ribbon and brass pinback hanger, as well as the elusive original hinged wood and cloth fitted case.
